Across Pickle Jar
This mountain wasn’t the destination. It was the quiet surprise along the way.
We came across this view driving toward Pickle Jar Lake, and something about it made us slow down. The way the ridge line cut into the sky, the stillness in the air, that feeling of being small in the best possible way. I carved this piece to hold onto that moment.
Each print is hand-carved and hand-pressed in my Calgary home studio. Because every piece is printed by hand, subtle variations in ink and texture make each one uniquely its own — no two are exactly alike.
